I do have access to an NOS vanagon vinyl canopy, but no hoops. That is not a
canopy I can/wantr to produce- I am talking the more traditional canvas or
even sunbrella canopies.

 Yes, & that is why I am trying to convince the wife, that we need a another
doka, vanagon this time, so that I have my own hoops, truck to test a new
canvas on!  She's not buying it yet, but maybe she will give moi a 16"
syncro truck w/ hoops for Xmas??? I would take a SC!
