Mike, good Saturday morning to you too, I did not address the "proper" torque as I have NEVER used a torque wrench to set the torque of any wheel lugs. I have always used my built in, years of knowledge based, arm torque wrench, which over the years of use has always been right on for me anyways. Now, I know that this will not work for everyone as the experience base is not there and I did not want to open that can of worms ! BTW, did you also get that lovely snow storm down your way ?
