Read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read, read......... he he he...

ok, here i go... Cylinder stuck to heads..

-Pull head one inch (so those pistons rings won't comme out...) -look inside, in between.. -on top of the barrel/cylinder/sleeve, between head surface and top of barrel, there is some "pry point" molded into the sleeve, near the head matting surface, about 1/4 of space, insert a pry bar.... that it.....

NO, if you are careful, you won't damage the head at all, antway, that head section is NOT important.... just choose you're pry point....

CHANGE THE LOWER O-RING, this is NOT a question you should ask yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By removing the head, you DO moove that sleeve... stuck there for a long time, that O-ring (black) as been moved, nothing tell you that it will seal again.........

To change the o-ring with the cylinder still in place: -put each cylinder, one by one at TDC to do the lower ring of that cylinder. http://www.benplace.com/bjp_head2/head3_005.jpg this is when the piston is at is highest point (close to head), slowly pull the sleeve out, make sure that you don't pull the sleeve to much http://www.benplace.com/bjp_head2/head3_003.jpg here is how to be sure, look into the coolant hole/piston pin removal location in the water jacket, you will see the piston pin, you CAN see the pin all the way through that hole, the botom of the sleeve can pass that pin... BUT NO MOREEEEEEEEEE. do you're thing my friend....

Cheers, Ben http://www.benplace.com/
