what is a Vanagon ABS? Al Brase System? :<)

no such thing...

Ah, Chris, yes I believe there was. The '92 Vanagon, Europe only, was available with ABS. Check your Euro ETKA V 5.0

Cheers,

...And I can confirm what Frank sez.... The manual that came with my '92 WBX Transporter mentions ABS braking as an option that was available.

BTW, I have a complete set of T3 brochures for all the variants that were sold in Australia. This includes Syncro Caravelles, Double Cabs, Single Cabs and High top vans plus all the usual suspects. If anybody would like scanned copies for their web site I can oblige...lemme know...although it won't actually happen until next February when I return to work...

All the best for Christmas to ya'll...hope it's a good one...and may the VW gods be kind. Christmas day looks like being around 100F here in Oz this year...

Cheers, Steve O...who is off surfing for all of January :-) '92 Transporter WBX Kombi '00 Transporter Double Cab '03 Transporter Double Cab (work truck) '78 Landrover Series 3 soft top ute (ex-Army)
