its been happening to my van since 2001 and I am still going strong..i park with the front end higher than the back end---seems to keep the engine oiled up and helps prevent the monday morning clackety clack...

Be sure you have the right oil -1)20W50 dino oil, or a good synthetic, personally I use 15W50 Mobil One Synthetic, 2) be sure you have a Mann or Mahle oil filter(available from our list vendors if not available to you locally) , and you may want to run a bottle of Marvels Mystery oil through it for a couple of hundred miles before an oil change.

What happens is when sitting, the lifters leak down and must be pumped up so the clearances are correct. Experience of many van drivers has show the above to be true.
