Thanks for all of the suggestions and info.

I called around to a few people and places, including a buddy of mine who works on Splitties up in Evergreen. I asked him if he knew of anybody who did welding, and he said, "yeah, me!"

So, I'm going to head up there next week and have him do it for the cost of a few beers. Much better price!
