They have NO cutoff. The glass pattern is the same from top to bottom. Only H4 (and earlier nonhalogen "European" headlights) have cutoffs.

The idea is that HOPEFULLY these morons will realize their error... but of course that's a vain hope. When an oncoming light glares I look slightly to the left, which helps.
