Is that the H pipe you are referring to? If so, they have those at VanCafe.com on the home page. Here's the description:

Part #: 025.121.438 Title: Connectors/Junctions - 8385 H-Pipe Price:$89.95 Availability: In Stock Description: This metal junction (H-Connector) is to the right of the coolant bottle and has been fabricated to replace the now obsolete plastic unit, no longer made by VW. The search is over - Volks Cafe now has the pipe in stock!
