Thanks to all for list admin contact info.

Many have mentioned that those running this list seem to be pretty unresponsive these days. ..a pity. Hopefully, as time permits, they will pay more attention in '06.

I did forward the details of my query to them but will mention it openly so others may be warned. ...I suppose I risk making subject aware that I'm aware but that isn't too much of a concern for me.

Recently I received a "rejected posting warning" from the list to an address that I use for contact via my business website (which also exists on the same domain as my personal e-mail) from the list.

Someone went to the trouble to go to my web site, browse around for a contact e-mail address and try to use that to send commands to the vanagon list server without success.

I'll be changing my method of contact on my domain now. Also, from now on I'll be using disposable e-mail addresses from the usual places...yahoo.com, hotmail.com, gmail.com on all e-mail lists I participate on. That lets them deal with the bounces and rejections.
