If you were to read everything at those three links you'd acquire much of the information you're looking for, but not nearly all that is available from "retailers" on this list.

I put the relays in and have 80/100 9004's and 100w in the high beams. Much better but still a poor light pattern. I also have the Hella driving lights that come on with the brights, and they simply flood the night road with more light than I need, but it's nice.
