Stuff that conscientiously avoids VW trademarks ("VW","Volkswagen", the V-over-W-in-a-cricle logo) will most likely not be challenged even if noticed. Of course, the jerkiness of VW's legal department is such that a C&D letter wouldn't surprise anyone.
