Hello there. So sorry bout the blown engine. There was a 2.1 engine with 94K miles on it in a Baltimore area junkyard as of last week.(see a posting last week or so about a 88 weekender in a Baltimore junkyard(1 hour from you,in Jessup Md.).Will cost $150. Crazy rays junkyard. contact crazyraysautoparts.com. The van had been hit very hard on the drivers side, so the engine was probably good when this happened. It has green antifreeze, so I cant vouch for the gaskets, however I do have a cure for any problem with these. No vanagons in NO. VA. junkyards that I know of. If you got someone coming down ,have them stop at the Erdman branch of CR and check there. The Mt. Airy branch of CR has a late 2.1 vanagon w/engine that has 134K($150).Once again the Erdman yard is 1 block off RT 95 in Baltimore city. The Jessup Md. yard is about 1 mile off RT 95 on us rt #1.Best of luck. |
