you can wire the inner SA driving lights up however you want. if youre
really concerned, check with your local DMV. i have mine wired up independantly,
that i way i can burn everyones retinas when i want. ():<)
but the "nice, legal, law abiding motorist good citizen way" would be to
wire them up so they only come on when your high beams do. unless you plan on
using low wattage bulbs in them, or changing the lenses to round amber fogs, or
as john says, pointing them downward.
as for the emblem for the SA grilles.. they use the same exact emblem as the
'88-'92 Golf/Jetta/Cabriolet. and yes the plastic chrome ones are still
available.
ps, if youre thinkin about buying a SA quad round grille kit, i'd jump on it
if i were you.. the supply of SA parts is depleting rapidly..
