For some reason, people who buy and sell stuff feel compelled to
include a lot of BS so the buy will think they are buying from an
individual who can barely bring themselves to part with the item in
hopes of justifying a higher price, I suppose. For instance, how many
times have you seen the same BS hype on ebay:
Father-in-law was given this two years ago for Christmas and he's
asking me to sell it (do nearly ALL fathers-in-law ask sons-in-law to
see their Christmas presents? Appaently a lot of them do).
Baby on the way (I've even seen this as a "need" to sell a bicycle"
We don't go camping anymore, so we'll never use it again. I don't know
if it works or not. We never used it.
And on and on and on. Note how many ads list "our dear old westy that
took us all over the country" or some such, followed by "don't know if
the stove works, we never tried it" and "PO says transmission recently
overhauled but it's developed a leak" and so forth.
I've had these spare parts kicking around for years, they are just
taking up space. I don't need them anymore so I want them to go to a
good home (then visit seller's other items to see that he's parting out
an entire car he knows nothing about).
VINTAGE!
L@@K!!!!!
Hey, it's internet classifieds, the bottom. No reason to believe a word
of it.
