I have purchased them repeatedly at both PepBoys and Kragen. They are often sold as Ford connectors or some such. They are not stocked in the same place as all the other spade connectors are but instead in the specialty wiring section. You only get a couple or so per pack and they cost more than they should. I'm not sure what crimp wire size they are for but I solder them if needed.
