There is a voltage problem. The clock on my wife's car the clock gets weird when the alternator is about to die. It could be the internal regulator is finally crapping out, or just the voltage variations. Either way, its voltage related. The radio doing wild and wacky things when the cell charger is engaged sounds like there is also a ground problem for dashboard items... ...didn't we just recently get this problem, and its fix from somebody else? This sounds SOOOO familiar....;-)

Oh, and as a trivia item - its "Plan Nine" not "Planet Nine"...
