I'm getting confused with these things.. 

The inner round lights are called driving lights and include for hi beams..

The outer lights lens are not included.., but you get these seperately.., and they can also include a hibeam setting.., or not??? 

Its never the case where the inner lights are not for hibeam usage..., is it?? 

And the chome vw emblem is no longer available, but can you chrome these plastic ones..,

but really the chrome emblems were never really chrome were they?? just shiny plastic went they???
