I just checked with my local VW dealer for front pillar  drip rail moldings.
He tells me the left side one, 251 853 705 739, is now  obsolete and none in
stock in N.A.  The right side one, 251 853 706  739, is not obsolete and there
are many in stock in N.A.  I had him check  for the black ones and the same
story.  The left side, 251 853 705  1BG, is obsolete and the right side, 251
853 706 1BG, is not and there are  many in stock.  If anyone can check their
local dealer or personally has  one right side chrome front pillar drip rail
molding, 251 853 705 739, for sale  I need it for a customers van that in
undergoing a complete restoration.   Thanks !
