i've had the Hakka CS 185R14s for over a year and LOVE them.
i'm wondering why you haven't mentioned the CS as an option - do they not have the load index that you're looking for? the CS looks to be the same tread pattern as the CQ.
anyways - i run them year-round in denver. they have the all-weather symbol on the side, giving you the right to continue in road-conditions that would otherwise require chains.
they're tough and will probably make for a stiffer ride, but well worth the money.
also, one of my favorite things about them is that they're the most enviro-friendly tire (if there could ever be on) because they don't use the highly-aromatic (harmful) oils that are found in conventional tires.
