Hi Mike, You can always visit your FLAR (friendly local auto recycler) and after bringing a dog biscuit as is customary, purchase a relay block from almost any German car. It will have plenty of just what you are looking for and often with significant wire stubs already attached to which you can soldersplice your wires. Or just remove the connectors you need, un crimp and attach to the wires in question.

Don't forget a suitable fuse, often the blocks also have a stand alone fuse connector too.
