I installed the Roadmaster Tow Brackets P/N 1208-1 http://www.roadmasterinc.com/pdfinst/1208-1.pdf on my Camper. AFAIK, they are the only commercially made tow brackets for a Vanagon. I had to remove one of the front tow loops to get it to fit. You will also need a long 1/2" drill bit to drill through the top plate of the 'frame'. Other than that its a pretty easy installation.
