James, I chose to get ours from Dennis Haynes and am very happy with it. It is frame mounted for strength, has a 2" receiver and was a snap to install. Our van has chrome bumpers and you do have to notch the lower edge of the rear bumper to make it fit, but other then that the hitch is a direct bolt on installation. Dennis is an active list member and will send you his installation instructions to peruse if you like, or I can if I still have them saved. The worst part for me was the shipping, I am in Alaska and there is no cheap way to get something like a hitch here inexpensively.
