A word of warning...If you tie your dog to the inside of your vanagon by a
leash, make sure he won't hang himself. At Buses by the Beach a year or so
ago we left our dog (Black lab, Greyhound mix) tied up inside our Wesfalia.
He jumped through the screened side, slider window trying to get out and the
leash wasn't long enough to allow his feet to touch the ground. Luckily a
fellow bus pilot saw the whole thing go down and saved him and then told us
later what happened. We had his leash tied around the table post behind the
drivers seat.
