Pat Goss of PBS moter week has a local radio show about fixing cars, each
weekend. He says 95 percent of warped rotors is becouse of improper torque
of the lug nutz. I also hear driving through puddles of water  with hot
rotors will do this.

Perhaps you have damaged wheel bearings, or a loose nut holding the rotor
on the vehicle?I syour caliper on tight? Are the brake pads in ok and not
falling out of position? Perhaps another suspension part is loose?

Sometimes just loosening the lug nuts and retightening them properly will
fix it. SE brakes are rather exotic, I think.Dont know about how hefty they
are.
