A nice young woman blew through a yield right in front on the '90 westy a few days back. Her left rear wheelwell got a nice push from my bumper and sent her for a spin. The bumper and cover are trashed, the sheet metal on the nose of the van is pushed in a bit, but at least she still runs and drives. The nice young woman's insurance will pay, but I want to make sure the repair job gets done right. Any recommendations for a good body shop in Seattle? Anything tricky about the job? Is it worth sourcing the parts myself? Does anyone have a line on a good clean fiberglass bumper? Thanks in advance, Jim '90 Westy '97 Passat '86 Quantum Syncro Wagon |
