I have fixed this once. I waited until it was a dry day. With compressed air I blown out all the water from under the rubber seal. Then I used a calking gun with clear calk in it and applied a very thin bead under the lip all around, starting on the top. When it dried, I pulled off the excess, being careful not to pull it out from under the rubber. Never had a drop again. I tried it with spraying water on it first. No other shop would do this. It takes too long for them to mess with it like this.
