Seam rust can occur several feet from the impact area. You cannot see this
now, but is a couple of years it will show.You have seen all the older
vanagons with seam rust at the corners? They got tapped in the grocery
store parking lot,and the end caps pressed on the seam till it cracked.Bad
end caps!
