As I mentioned, I don't have the full set, so I can't really adequately answer your queston. The parts I have received so far fit my standard Vanagon at the rear.

In any case, be they 14 inch or 16 inch, I suspect the materials and construction are similar, and both can be made up by a handy moldmaker.
