Depending on where you live, I'm in Pa. I new bumper is going to set you back $700.00. Don't buy the cheaper ones, they rust in 6 months. We had an idiot hit us in the side rear with less damage , but the bill was $1800.00 from the body shop, (baked on finish) which included a new bumper. Wonderful Geico sent an appraiser who (before I could stop him) pulled out the fender by the wheel, proceeded to photograph the car and sent a check for $500.00! Screwed again. The body shop gave me a price of $5000.00 for a full paint job. Not much in other problems, a few scratches, one small dent and dull finish on a 85 Westy. So how do you fight an insurance company?
