There is a strip of metal to which the rubber strip is attached to. They are held in place with screws which can be accessed via holes in the door jamb. Pop out those small nylon plugs near the door hinges. That will allow you to see and access the screws that hold them in place. IIRC one is a Phillips head screw and the others are hex head.
