Ben has a great photo how-to. I just replaced mine and it went well. I did
not have to remove the distributor or the A/C compressor. Just make sure
you soak down nuts and bolts with Parts Blaster and give it a few days to
work. Be patient and it wil go well. It took me a couple of days of on and
off working on it so I wouldn't lose my patience.

When you take the 3 bolts off the pulley, put a 13 mm wrench on one bolt
and then your socket and drive on another and turn the socket until the
other end of the wrench rests on part of the motor or whatever and it
makes it easider to get the pulley bolts off as the pulley will want to
move.

Also, when removing the pipe from the pump that goes to the right side of
the engine, take a 6mm allen wrench, cut it to about an inch and a half
long, get a 6mm open end wrench, insert the allen in the allen head bolt
on the pipe and you'll be able to put the wrench on the allen, then put a
pipe or something over the wrench for leverage and then you can remove the
allen bolts that way as there is little room to work. It also helps if you
have a 6mm socket to put the allen into get the allen bolts off the bigger
pipe that comes out the left side.

I got my pump from the Busdepot. Also replace any of the rubber hoses and
hose clamps that come off the pump. The pipe that runs to the right side
of the engine from the pump has a short rubber hose that connects it to
the right side. i just cut the clamps off that with a dremel tool and
replaced the hose and clamps...don't try to save it (the rubber hose that
is.)
