Rico is no list newbie and is not Terry K cheating his way in under an alias either. Rico has been here for years. He merely expressed his frustrating experiences and certainly made an effort to resolve the problem before posting. I have spent thousands of dollars at BusDepot and appreciate them as a vendor. That does not mean all goes well with every order, as I well know. No vendor is perfect but they should try to make things right and BusDepot usually does, given the chance.
