Just a suggestion; instead of a variety of suggestions based on who-knows-what, try going here: http://www.danielsternlighting.com/tech/lights/fog_lamps/fog_lamps.html ... and read what that "expert" (very respected in most automotive circles) says about fog lights .... and lights in general. It may answer more questions than you had thought to ask. bob after reading what Stern has to say about fogs, it's not their height on the vehicle so much as their nature (bar-shaped beam and upper cutoff, dark above, light below), white to "selective yellow", and tungsten or halogen bulbs.
