I've found it's a mixed bag. Sometimes they are just fine, efficient, helpful. But not always.

My most recent purchase I did over the web. I was in a hurry, as I had to get back on the road.

A week later they emailed me to say they had a problem with my credit card info - it hadn't been entered properly - and could they use the other card they had on file for me. I called them, and got some weird story about how the info hadn't registered properly on their website. The website had confirmed my purchase when I made it. Then they said one of the items wasn't in stock and it would take a few days to arrive once they ordered it. They did not order it a week earlier when I placed the order, and they waited a week to tell me there was a problem.

So I asked them to please expedite the shipping since this was their fault and I was sitting in Colorado waiting for the parts to arrive. They gave me some weird business about how they had just said the credit card hadn't registered, but that wasn't really what had happened. I have no idea what they meant, since there was no problem with the card and I had given them the right info. They refused to use less than three-day shipping unless I paid for it, even though they had delayed a week on even ordering the part.

I was not impressed.

As it turned out, I was waiting in Colorado even longer for other stuff, so I didn't bother getting directly in touch with Ron about the problems. But since he's on this list, now he'll know!
