i had sewfine install my kit. it's a really nice kit! the pieces do overlap so it minimizes the seams. it does require glue. they told me that the kit isn't designed to ever be removed - doing so MAY ruin the carpet.

feel free to ask any questions regarding the sewfine kit that was installed.
