Thanks to all for suggestions. Did some troubleshooting. There was no power at cigar lighter as socket was bad. There was full power on wire leading to the lighter.

I pulled out the right rear light assembly. Stop light bulb was good and current track from connector to bulb base was good.

Based on information so far, looks light brake light switch may be bad. Parking-brake light works.

What is correct procedure for troubleshooting brake light switch?
