I've angered the Vanagon Gods. My daughter and I went to Safeway a little while ago, and came out of the store to find a small puddle of antifreeze under my Vanagon. The thing is, I knew the left side was leaking; with the heat shield off, you can see the signs of slight seepage. But this puddle was caused by the right side, and it does NOT look like seepage. It's a leak. :( Looks like I can put it off no longer. I've done heads on 1.8's, 2.0's, and even a Chrysler 360, but never a Vanagon. Nor do I really have the time or money, but here goes. I was underneath just now looking, and I'm thinking, might as well replace the clutch. Need to replace those flange seals on the transmission. Need a new muffler. Looks like I'm in my Corolla until Summertime. Pray for me. Joe T. Denver, CO '85 Wolfsburg Westy _________________________________________________________________ Don’t just search. Find.
