If this guy is truly a doctor and uses his primary "work" email address for subscriptions to "hobby" enthusiast groups HE IS A FOOL.

If you depend on your primary email, don't subscribe to mailing lists with your work address, especially lists that have lots of traffic and/or if you have limited mailbox space.

Get another email account for your mailing lists, online shopping etc....heck, they are free from yahoo, gmail, and dozens of other places.
