If you need heat while sleeping, time for a heater upgrade. At the least, get a carbon monoxide detector and hope it works. Using a heater like this is also an ideal way to rust the van out from the inside-out as the moisture condenses behind everything. Go for a Propex. Side widows? Vent windows? Skylight? Combo? How do I know I'm drowsy from a couple of Rolling Rocks, and not from coal miners syndrome? I'm all for venting carbon monoxide, but would like to retain a little heat, too. I use a Coleman portable catalytic heater. Thanks! kgg |
