the 35 V rated cap is probably electrolytic, which will work, but this
type of cap is normally operated closer to its voltage rating to achieve
the specified capacitance - but the exact capacitance isn't critical here,
and the higher voltage rating means a longer lifetime at elevated
temperatures. overall, the recommended tantalum type is more reliable.
