The information you need is in the Bentley...

You have pull the panel off the door. Your problem is likely the window regulator. It may have broken one of it's plastic pieces. Or it could be the motor. Or it could be the wiring. Regardless, you'll need to pull the panel of the door to make a full and accurate diagnosis.

With the panel off the door you can check the switches and make sure they have power and that the switches are in fact working. If that isn't the case, you've likely found your problem. If you do have power, you'll next need to pull the motor. Procedure is in the Bentley. With the motor pulled (but still connected), you can see if it in fact turns when power is applied. If it doesn't, there's your problem. If it does, it's the window regulator. That's the most difficult to thing to repair, and you may be better off buying a new one.

Yes, it is possible to convert to manual. You need the manual window regulator, crank and a new hole in your door panel.

I personally prefer power.
