Subject: Blinker weirdness ... FYI
Content-type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed

The turn signal indicator in the dash of my '85 started flickering intermittently (signal switch not activated). Eventually it got to where it would come on solid when I would "Try" to signal for a turn but would not flash (turn signals outside didn't come on at all).

Fuse was good and clean so I tried the emergency flasher. It didn't work either.

I reseated the female spade connectors on the back of the relay socket and now all is back to normal. A little corrosion goes a long way. No corrosion was visible.
