I've been buying things for years from the Bus Depot. My experience has been, if I need it tomorrow I better have ordered at least 2 weeks ago.

I've also had a LOT of orders in the last couple of years that had an item back ordered on which I had to follow up on to find the status (aka many weeks later).

I actually like the web site, overall. I wish they had more pictures of items (as I have often ordered the wrong item because it sounded like the right thing, but was in fact mislabeled).

With my local VW dealer (where the parts folk know me by sight), if VW has it in stock, I know I can get it within 2 days of ordering. Even if I order it express I can't get that from the Bus Depot (especially if I order on Thursday) even though they're in southeastern PA, and I'm in northern VA.

Their prices (as many of our online vendors are) are considerably cheaper than the Dealer, hence I'll continue to be a customer.
