Yep, And there is an o ring. The o ring is probably melted flat into the plastic tower but it was there. Look carefully.

Hey list,

While messing around with my engine this weekend I noticed that the crankcase breather tower fits onto the case pretty loosely. There is no rubber o-ring or anything to make a nice air tight seal. Since the breather tower is plumed to the air intake system couldn't this be a source of a vacuum leak?
