When the speedometer says I'm doing 60 mph I'm actually doing 61. This is with 185-14 tires, too. On long trips I set my after market cruise control (Equus 9000-B) to 64 (65 true) and drive 8 hour days. I chose that speed more for fuel economy than anything else.
