It's a spray can of penetrating oil thgat has a capillary action so it creeps into the threads. The pulley on the pump has three 13 mm bolts. the pulley is actually two pieces a front and a back to make up the pulley. Make sure you soak those. Soak down the allen bolts too. I sprayed mine several times a day for several dayts to let it work. Try tighening/loosening or just back and forth to try to loosen them up and respray and let soak. It you can try tapping them with a hammer to possible loosen the threads to let the PB soak in. Then try it again. John |
