Hi guys, I woke up this morning to find my starter was finally pretty shot. I have an extra one lying around though, so I went ahead and removed the old one (and it's cold outside!)

Problem is, it turns out the one I just took off my van doesn't look like the extra one I have.

The one I want to put on looks like the picture on Ken's website for vanagain: http://www.vanagain.com/images/s_sr18x.jpg

But the one I just took off looks like this: http://www2.cip1.com/photos/BOS-SR19X-2.jpg

What's going on here? Can I do something to the extra starter I have to make it work with my van? Or do I need to order a new (rebuilt) one?

Thanks very much for any help... I'm anxious to get back on the road.

-Wes
