Heh. Yeah, my patience had worn a bit thin, mostly because I'd walked a mile
with that spare slung across my back. People talk of the folly of youth, but
more insidious is the folly of age. "Why, that tire and rim weigh less than
what I used to have to lug on my back in the good ol' infantry, plus no
rifle, helmet, nor body armor, and it's only a mile instead of fifteen.
Easy!" I need someone around to remind me that that was the long-since
discontinued 18 year old version of me. Argh.
