Subject:      Upholstery suggestions? Poptop?

The upholstery in my new-to-me '84 Westy is trashed in the back (mattress
and seat bottom) but quite good in both front seats. It's the velour type,
not the striped cloth.

Is there someplace online you can just order pre-made replacement covers?
Bus Boys said they didn't have any. Or should I just take it to the local
car upholstery shop?

Second question: is it possible or advisable to repair the poptop by having
a screen sewn over holes in one side, then cutting out the original canvas
to make a new window? Holes are only a few inches wide, and it sounds like a
PITA to replace whole top...
