Flexibility/customer service must vary according to the costco you attend? The manager did have to approve the tech's decision to put bigger tires on my westy, but he did, & they did w/o any hassle. Your mileage may vary, etc.

I was going by the sign in the tire shop itself, I'll have to look at it more closely next time.
